"Well we, my wife and myself, have finally retired and I would like to take this opportunity to thank yourself and your company for everything you have done for bringing us to this point in our lives. 

I remember meeting with you 10 years ago now and us all discussing what we wanted in life and where Robyn and I would like to be, and I still remember you telling us we had left our run to retirement to the last minute.  How true a statement that was and we wish we had been put in touch with you earlier and we advise all and sundry not to leave it like we did but to start early. 

Not withstanding the above, the lifestyle you have organised for us over these last 10 years has been great.  I know you have often shaken your head at our spending but over this time frame you have through the investment payed for us to have overseas holidays, a couple of cars and bought a farm to retire to.  Now we are moving into a comfortable retirement at 55 years of age, with hopefully many years ahead of us, to spend the accumulated wealth that the investment portfolio you set up has and continues to earn for us.
