Wills

Many Australians don’t have a legal Will. If the unforeseen occurs and you die unexpectedly without your affairs in order, the government will determine how your assets are distributed and they may even decide who will care for your children. Every adult over the age of 18 should have a current, legal Will. Your Will should be updated if your circumstances change, for example through marriage, the birth of a child, divorce, or the death of a close relative.
